I need someones help to answer a question for me about a rare collection of stamps that has been passed down from my greatgrandparents to me from my grandparents..I came across a envelope that had 4 1967 Error Set Complete. It also says : Issued in honor of Stampex Exhibition of London this set of pictures of seven famous stamps included inverted centers and colors errors..The main two stamps is about The Inverted Head of India Pour Annas and and a Blue 2 cent Penny..If there is anyone that can help me with this answer and maybe a value on my seven stamps it would be so helpful. I dont hand hold these stamps at all..Thank you
